dosist (the “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”) provides the www.dosist.ca website (the “Site”) to you subject to the following Terms of Use (the “Terms”).

Please read the Terms carefully. The Site and any related content should not be accessed or viewed by you if you have not reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence.  By accessing and using this Site, you confirm that all the information you provide for any reason is correct, current and complete, that you have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and that you agree to be bound by the Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and you pertaining to your use of this Site, its services and Content. If any provision of these Terms should be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect or render illegal, invalid or unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction nor shall it affect the legality, validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms in any jurisdiction. The Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of competent jurisdiction in that province.
